This is Trump.
Butch Robinson Free markets is Neo Con BS and Trump had been vocally protesting it for 30 years. What you said here is simply a lie.

Diana Orrock Yeah, I know Butch. Nobody does anything as good as Trump. I tend to side with Milton Friedman on free market principles.

Roman Citizen How can One think that Trump is not a neo con with Bolton, Pompeo and Barr as part of His Chosen Administration?
Bolton, Pompeo and Barr are not only neo cons, they are active and knowing members of the deep state.

Butch Robinson Roman C. Apparently you missed Trump’s explaining that he listens to a lot of people but makes his own decisions. He recently gave Bolton a public dressing down.

Roman Citizen So He made His own decision when he bombed Syria?
Which by the way, was a violation of the Constitution, (no Congressional approval) an Impeachable offence, International Law (Law of Nations) and a War Crime (the Japanese involved in the Bombing of Pearl Harbor were executed at the end of the war for those similar actions).
But he dressed down Bolton, so all is well and good now.

Chris Bieber Roman Citizen good point...sadly the Executive Branch Imperial Government has been the rule since 1943 when Congress declared War on Hungary and Rumania..
Bipartisan Anti-Constitutional warmongering without Declaring War has become the SOP bipartisanly ever since! Smh..

Reynolds Arnold Mark Chris Bieber You can easily go back to Lincoln if you want to make a case for executive action that was unlawful.

Butch Robinson Roman Citizen, apparently you have never read the War Powers Act which has been settled law for 40 years. And what Trump bombed was not people but previously damage and broken down planes of the Syrian Air Force AFTER giving the Russians 6 hours advanced notice. It was kabuki play, a political act for domestic consumption.

Butch Robinson You people live in a Fantasy, that we live in a Republic which has been dead for a long time. America is raw power politics and Empire. Not my choice, but we were all BORN into it. So while you debate your anachronistic mythology fantasy, you are surrendering the ONLY improvement in our lot in 70 years and are too stupid to know it.
Butch Robinson BTW
when Milton Friedman did his Free to Choose series based on his book,
in the glorious Reagan/Marxist era and every idiot bought it. I was
screaming, "You idiots, don't you know this is the end of the American
Middle Class! You idiots, don't you know you just placed the American
Worker on a level playing field with communist SLAVE labor and third
world poverty! In generation we will be lucky to have even one active
Steel Mill, and all the lesser industries will be GONE. You say, 'But we
will have a "SERVICE" industry. Do you know what that means? It mean
that the working class and many fallen from the middle class will be
SERVANTS and not producers. Nothing will be left but foreign bosses and
the Elite living like kings." IT WAS PROPHETIC and you idiots think
GLOBALIST Free Markets are a good idea.
